The Women's World Rapid Chess Championship was full of drama. Before the final round 5 players were leading the event - Alexandra Kosteniuk, Kateryna Lagno, Tatiana Kosintseva, Antoaneta Stefanova and Anna Muzychuk. The players are waiting for Round 14 to end. Women's tournaments are a pleasure to follow!  In one of the most shocking games of the final round of the championship Valentina Gunina blundered a mate in 1 in an equal position against Kateryna Lagno  This image was taken after the Women's FIDE Grand Prix. Who would have thought that Kateryna and Alexandra would tie for 1st in the Women's World Rapid Chess Championship a few days later?
