One of the few interesting things to note is that the median number of games per year for top-20 players has dropped from 75-74 in 2009 to 67-66 in 2010 and to 60 in 2011 and 2012.


For comparison, Natalia Pogonina played 61 classical time control games in 2012. How about you?
