All the female active top chess players (except for Hou Yifan and Zhao Xue), as well as two invited stars from Russia (Gunina) and Georgia (Javakhishvili) participated in  China 3rd Women Masters Tournament in Wuxi. The prize fund was 211,000 yuan (roughly $35,000).

Final standings and updated women's live ratings:

1. Tan Zhongyi (2483) - 6.5/9
2-3. Gunina (2514), Huang Qian (2469) - 5
4-5. Ding Yixin (2427), Guo Qi (2439) - 4.5
6-9. Shen Yang (2397), Ju Wenjun (2544), Zhang Xiowen (2367), Wang Jue (2401) - 4
