Michael Adams' performance is ~~over 9000~~ over 3000

Fabiano Caruana vs. Georg Meier was a roller-coaster that finished in a draw. Dmitry Andreikin (who was tied for last place before R8) defeated Vladimir Kramnik (who was sharing 1st place), increasing his personal score against the Big Vlad to +2 -0 =0! Wang Hao incorrectly sacrificed a piece to Arkadij Naiditsch and lost. Michael Adams played the Caro-Cann creatively against Igor Khenkin and scored a full point. Peter Leko missed a win a couple of times vs. Daniel Fridman and ended up drawing the game.
