Magnus Carlsen defeated Fabiano Caruana in the final round to finish in clear first. Interestingly enough, he has still lost 1.2 rating points.

Magnus Carlsen has set another all-time record: 2882. Alexander Grischuk (2792) and Leinier Dominguez-Perez (2768) have improved their personal top ratings. Richard Rapport (2701) has entered the 2700+ club for the first time. Congratulations!
